Soldavi Realty

Great and very knowledgeable in the real estate world. Made the buying process easy. Would recommend to my friends and family. Helped me buy my first home! Also helped with a home project after we closed on the house. I'm so grateful for Jessie! Thank you.

We had the pleasure of working with Jesse recently and couldn't be happier with the experience! If we could leave 10 stars, we would. From the first meeting with Jesse, to the final closing, he brought his expertise, recommendations, awesome personality, and It was clear he was a genuine person. Always wearing a big smile! He was professional, but personable. He listened attentively to our needs and wants, provided guidance, and quickly helped us find our dream home. Jesses dedication, attention to details, and negotiation skills truly helped this process run as smooth as It did and helped land the perfect home for our family. We highly recommend Jesse to anyone in need of a top-notch real estate agent. Thank you so much, Jesse, as well as his team who worked tirelessly to help us secure our home. Youve made a big impact on our lives and we will always be grateful to have had you as a realtor!

Jesse went above and beyond for my family and I. He was able to schedule a viewing of our home very quickly. He helped us get into contract the following day and then negotiated seller credits for us. He is one of a kind and honestly one of the best realtors in all of Merced County. I highly recommend using him for your purchase and selling needs. I will definitely be recommending my family members and friends to Jesse.

Jesse did an amazing job helping us find our first home to purchase. He made sure he knew what we were looking for in a home as well as worked with the budget we gave him. He was very communicative and was always on top of things for us. He has great knowledge of the area we were looking to purchase in and guided us every step of the way until we closed on our home. We appreciate everything Jesse did to help us get the one home we absolutely fell in love with.

JESSE IS THE MAN! He is the agent you want on your real estate team. He is genuine and honest and will tell you straight up the pros and cons of a property. He is not the type of agent looking to just make a sell. He truly cares and wants the best for his clients. Can't say enough great things about him!! If you are looking for an agent, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
