He was very engaged with prospective buyers, and spent a lot of time reviewing and evaluating offers to decide on the right fit. Danny was knowledgeable, friendly, really responsive, a great problem solver, and generally wonderful throughout the experience. Our transaction was selling a co-op in Bay Ridge and we live 3 hours away in Connecticut. He worked well with the building and helped us find vendors to due necessary work in preparation for sale and suggested lawyers we might work with for closing and recommended movers that had worked with the building before and basically took care of every detail we couldn't because we weren't there. He advised us well in pricing and managing the process and we ended up with competing bidders pushing the price higher than we'd hoped.
