I cant put into words my appreciation for Shannon but Ill try! 2023 was so stressful for my husband and I. We decided to purchase a home but yall know what the interest rates are!!! Regardless we were fed up with apartment life and decided to take the plunge so we called on Shannon. This woman knows the market inside and out. Stays abreast of current trends and works tirelessly to put you in the home you will love. She kept a sharp eye notifying us of potential problems and always put our needs first. She took what was already a stressful process and made it worth all the frustration we experienced. Were in our new home and loving it. Shannon is truly amazing. We are relocating from Utah to Alabama and she has been tremendous in helping us navigate the buying process in a different state. She is so knowledgeable about the area and took the time to educate us on things we didnt know about that is different about the climate, environment, etc that can affect your house. She also worked tirelessly on finding us the right home that has all the features we wanted and in a great community. She quickly knew what we wanted and found it for us. She also went above and beyond doing walk throughs and helping with inspections since we were out of state during the entire process. We could not be happier with her. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the market, she provided great recommendations to get my home list ready (she even helped out with the landscaping which blew my mind), she was a great communicator throughout the process, and she was able to negotiate a great offer with the buyer. This was my first time selling and she made the process way less stressful on me.
