Best realtor EVERRRRR! I have bought two houses and sold one with her and we have never lost on an offer we put in! And there were always multiple offers on the table. I was a single mom at 27 and didnt have the best credit. I never thought I could afford to buy a house and wanted to pay off a credit card with my income taxes before trying. But she encouraged me to save that money and to call her lender. She made it happen and it changed my life! Then 2020 hit and as a single mother I was terrified or losing my job and decided to sell my house and significantly downsize. She helped me soooo much when I was selling my home- from knowledge of what to do to get it ready AND COMING OUT OF HER OWN POCKET to pay for landscaping, staging and even a window replacement I couldnt afford at the time! I didnt even recognize my house by the time it went on the market! It was lovely. Ive known Shannon Wilks for over a decade and she is an honest, hardworking, amazing woman! You will not regret choosing her as your agent! I trust her with EVERYTHING! She also has the BEST team around her. She recommends great lenders, inspectors, house stagers, repair people etc. etc. You literally dont have to know ANYTHING about real estate. She guided me through the whole process and it was not stressful at all. She had me pre-approved in like 30 seconds with the lender she prefers to use and they still call me to this day to make sure I filed my homestead or just to say Merry Christmas! Shannon fought my appraisal guy when it wasnt a fair appraisal. She talked me out of buying a huge house that prob would have cost me a million dollars in repairs ??????? I just cant say enough about this lady! Most important you can trust her word, shes not gonna let you put yourself in a bad situation and I was always amazed and what a great deal she could get me! If u want to stop renting and start investing in your future call her today! I wouldnt dare trust anyone else to write or negotiate my contracts!

Shannon is a Realitor that loves to spoil her clients. She will go above and beyond to make the process smooth all while keeping you laughing. House hunting hunting as stressful but she made it a fun experience. Also a plus, Shannon is not afraid to be a shark on your behalf, when needed. She Is very knowledgeable of the market and area, and when she doesnt know, she doesnt stop until she finds out! I would definitely recommend for anyone in the Birmingham area.
