Being an out-of-area seller of an estate, I needed significant help to get the house in shape to be sold. Caroline provided the local expertise needed including recommendations for upgrades for an optimum selling price and a local contractor to implement them, as well as connections with the necessary pest inspector, home inspector, and a handyman. She took care of all of the coordination all within the scheduled time frame. The results were better than expected. Caroline was always responsive whether by phone, text, or email. She has a bright personality, is cheerful, and clearly knows her business and market.
