Claudia was the best real estate agent we could have asked for. My brother and I wanted to buy a house as we both felt this would be a good investment for our money. We were very clueless with how to buy a home since this is our first house purchase. Claudia is truly the best! She was very patient with us and guided us throughout each step. She took the time to explain things very well and she was quick to reply to our emails, text messages, and phone calls whenever we had a question or concern. When we were touring the houses in the area, Claudia gave us a lot of great informations and knowledge about the different neighborhoods and how to transition into living in the mountains when coming from the city. She has great foresight with what a house may need in the future. She was able to spot issues with a house before the inspectors even came to the property. Again, her communication skills were great and she communicated very well with the seller's real estate agent. Claudia helped us create an offer and ended up getting us an amazing deal on a house. Johnson is very personable. He is a long time resident and very knowledgeable of the area. The houses he showed were exactly what inwas looking for! He is great to work with and I would highly recommend him to to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the area!

Felipe was fantastic to work with and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home. My wife and I were pleased with how easy he made the process and he was always available to answer our many questions (being first time home buyers). If you are considering working with a realtor, you can rest assured that Felipe will take care of you!

He was terrible. He had me complete many tasks to show proof of funds & identity which I completed within the same day. After I verified all of that, he began negotiations but blocked me without reason the very next day. I have no clue, no explanation as to why I was blocked. He is a terrible realtor, I do not recommend working with him at all.
