We met Daniel by chance while driving by a home we were interested in and are so fortunate to have worked with him! He listened carefully to what we were looking for and immediately sent us a list of 10+ homes that fit our needs. He is very responsible, professional and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly responded to. When we toured homes with Daniel he had many interesting ideas and information about the neighborhoods. His experience in the mountain communities was extremely helpful as we were relocating from LA. Daniel's approach is sensitive and respectful; while he offered his expertise and opinions, he never overwhelmed us with information or tried to push us into a hasty decision. My sisters and I had decided to sell of our family cabin; four of us co-own the property. Trying to find someone to deal with four owners felt a bit daunting but Rachael proved to be the right choice. She is experienced, very knowledgeable of the area and overall market. She helped us greatly with advice on increasing curb appeal, interior staging and I was so pleased with the photos taken that showed the cuteness and charm of our little place for prospective buyers to see. She is very hands-on and helped us with referrals for a few aEURoefix-itaEUR? items that were necessary. I like her weekly email updates on whats happening as well as other specific emails or phone calls to address matters about our listing. We had a frustrating escrow experience and she offered honest, upfront advice on how to navigate that experience. She took charge to engage with the escrow company, which then resulted in a successful close.
