Snowdon Realty LLC

He's an amazing realtor. My husband had an accident and he helped make the whole process go fast and as easy as possible. We didn't have to stress at all. As we knew he had our backs. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Bill was awesome, had an above asking offer in less than a week. I also like his lighted for sale signs.

A realtor that understands real life and navigates it with you. A new job meant that my spouse and I had to move quickly out-of-state and list our home. Without going into too much detail, life had been really hard for us the past few years and our home needed some sprucing before being listed. Frankly, we were a bit embarrassed and needed the guidance and reassurance to get started. Bill walked in with no judgements, saw the potential and helped us get oriented. With his help, we got our house market-ready, sold and closed above asking price with record speed. Bill is much more than a realtor, hes a good human who wont hesitate to jump into the trenches with you and get it done. With a kind, understanding smile too! Hire him, you wont regret it.

Bill sold our house in 6 days after having it on the market for 3 months and no sale we called Bill. He came in and answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated the smooth sale of our house and would recommend Bill for your Real-estate needs.
