We had our home listed in Sun Valley, California for over 90 days with another agent and just werent seeing results. Then I happened to meet Ken while he was selling a house down the street. This was our second time working with Ken. He negotiated a great rent back deal on our first home in Simi Valley. His knowledge was terrific and helped us make the right decision on our Simi Valley home. But what he did a few years later as we were now living out of state, was exceptional. He went in to another home that needed to be cleaned out and fixed up before listing. He had a crew go in there and do the work in just a few weeks, then listed, and sold for 30K over the listing price in a few weeks. It does not get better than that. Also, his marketing is by far the best we have dealt with along with his easy going demeanor and professionalism. Although Ken is located in Ventura County, if you have a property in LA County or anywhere else, let him handle it for you. You will not be dissapointed!!!.
