Firstly, we thank God for guiding us to choose Shawna as our realtor to sell and buy a home. We are very much pleased with all her dealings with us. Shawna was not only professional but, as a family person, she was also the one who was sensitive to every need of a family. She was relentless, available 24/7 until the entire process of selling/buying was done (but we did not take advantage of her time :-). She guided us in every step - starting from showing houses, allowing us to choose to our taste (without pressure), making and accepting offers, suggesting good mortgage dealers and minor home repairers and until closing was complete. Additionally, she has a good team of people in her realty business that added to the success of the entire process.
