SMART REALTY OF WINTER HAVEN LLC

Suzie helped our family with the relocation of our Mother from New York to Florida appx 9 years ago. She helped us to locate a condo that was close to us so that we could be in near our Mother. Upon the death of our Mother, we turned to Suzie to implement the sale of the condo in a timely manner. Suzie worked with us and coordinated all the sale details and eventually found a buyer. Thank you Suzie, our family really appreciate you and your efforts. Be Blessed.

Suzie is an outstanding realtor. She helped me purchase my new home and sell my house quickly. Thanks to her knowledge of the market she will list your home at the right price and ho above and beyond every step of the way until even after closing. I will not hesitate to use her services again.

Suzie did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our new home. She was very involved in all aspects of the home buying process, including the closing process. She was professional, friendly, responsive and all around just a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Suzie Rudd to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Suzie is professional, tenacious and effective. Our home was atypical, a historic home that required the perfect buyer. She worked the deal, with understanding, flexibility, knowledge and creativity. The buyer was young, requiring special circumstance financing and she stuck with them to be sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Super good with a new buyer. We closed remotely, having already left town and everything was seamless.

Amazing! Suzie listened to us, what we needed and what we wanted and really went to work for us. Suzie is very attentive and available for her clients. Hiring Suzie as our realtor was a great decision!
