Slifer Smith & Frampton

As first time home buyers in a seller's market, we were very overwhelmed. Sylvia not only educated us about the entire process, but she made herself available day and night to address any concerns we had...and we had a lot!She really listened to us every step of the way and oftentimes was the only preserver of sanity we had. Her great attitude and sense of humor got us through when dealing with our difficult (read: crazy) seller, as did her fierce negotiation skills. She became a friend in addition to our agent and I have to say we will miss talking to her on a daily basis now that we're homeowners!
