Bottom line, Larry got our house contracted within 5 days of listing. There were and remain 6 houses active in our neighborhood. We adhered to all of his recommendations and, We closed today! I just want to publicly thank him and his team for getting it done.

Larry did a great job! I didnt have to remind him to do anything and he was on top of everything. I had the clear to close in 2 weeks because of his diligent work. Very professional but personable as well!
