James was incredibly helpful to me in finding the perfect home as I was moving across the country, and doing right before a hurricane. He took on far more responsibility than any agent Ive ever worked with, and hell be the only agent I work with going forward.

Such a great experience with James, he walked me through the process, showed me options and assisted with all the finer details. Cannot recommend him enough, thank you for your expertise, dedication and attention to detail!

James is among the best realtors I have ever worked with (multiple transactions). He goes above and beyond, is an excellent communicator, is flexible to work with, is very positive, and knows South Beach extremely well. Thats probably why he gets most of the listings in certain buildings south of fifthaEUR| hes an excellent realtor. I would highly recommend him.

Jim has assisted me with the rental of my condo unit in 2 occasions. He is the ultimate professional, super responsive and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Jim has also proven to be a great resource, brings great knowledge of the market whether you are a seller or buyer. I recommend him highly.

After trying many realtors to sell our condo in Miami Beach James stood out with his expertise, availability , friendliest and professionalism. He listened to us and also listed to the prospective buyers. And he made the sale happen in a very short time. He is honest and very energetic. I strongly recommend him.
