James will work with you EVEN when you have NO IDEA of where to START..That was my case..I lived in Fort Sam Houston for 3 years and didnt know much about the area outside (hermit me)..He was SO patient, making appointments and showing me properties even over my budget, outside of the mileage I wanted to stay within, houses I found doing my own snooping with the application, in my Robocop boot as I was recovering from foot surgery etc, etc. We women want to shop around and MAYBE negotiate, well he was there every step of the way even stopping on the way to places in developments/neighborhoods that I had not seen in my research or knew about in our drives to places...He is retired military so he plans, plots maps, is always on time and after he knows you a bit he will tell you or make market studies of properties that are a good fit. But to me the most important of all PATIENCE. He will do great if you know what you want and are in a timeline and he will also work wonders if you have time to look and shop around.

Realtor James Rodgers was an incredible professional to work with in guiding me list and sell my property. He was so kind and patient with me - allowing me to express my anxieties to then calmly guide me through the process that at times had unaccounted for challenges. He was very prompt in responding to any of my questions or concerns, and was a constant in updating me through the process. He was always available to answer my emails, phone calls, and even texted me while he was taking a short cruise vacation - he stayed in touch everyday, checking on me, and went above and beyond in helping my tenant prepare to move prior to closing. As I live out of State and haven't been able to be there at least hand full of years. The place, even though was rented, I still have personal items which he kindly volunteer and UPS back to me. James was a fantastic professional to work with. Thank you James! (when I did my homework researching the market and neighbors I expect to listed for a price which James disagreed and convince me to listed for much more, he was honest and so so very grateful for that.)Thank you Mr. James Rodger 10 stars indeed.
