We LOVED working with Carrie Watt. She was so attentive throughout the entire homebuying process. From the initial search (we probably saw a dozen or more homes all over the Seattle area) through the offer process and closing, Carrie was there for us when we had questions or concerns. She was particularly good at negotiating the deal when we thought we were too far apart from the buyers to wrap things up. She always kept her head and found a middle ground that we could all agree to compromise on. Even after the sale when we had some issues Carrie was still available to help out. Where do I start. Carrie might be one of the hardest workers I have ever met. This lady will get it done. That said, she is also one of the most likeable and down to earth humans you'll ever meet. Seriously, our kids have rarely liked a stranger so much so instantly before -- they're obsessed with her and even play "Carrie the realtor" make-believe at home. My family and I met her via a referral last year. She had agreed to show us a house, no strings attached, no contract. As soon as we met her, we knew we wanted to ask her to be our realtor. She greeted our kids with huge smiles and little toys -- and my husband and I with house-hunting goodie bags. Thoughtful is a good word to describe Carrie. She is very thoughtful, about everything. We searched for about a year with Carrie. She frequently sent us new listings, checked in and encouraged us to get out there and look at as many houses as we could. When she shows a house, she is constantly moving -- checking for leaks under the sink, the electrical panel year, the light switches, etc. -- she does all of this while playing with our kids and conversing with us; you don't even realize she's multitasking on another level. When we finally found our house and made an offer, she was extremely communicative with both the listing agent and us. She made sure my husband and I felt comfortable with every decision made, and let us know what all of our options were in the counteroffer process. She is very knowledgeable. Also, she is very well connected in the area and is able to quickly get an inspection done, which was ultimately key in our offer getting accepted. We are so happy with our purchase. And so grateful we had the opportunity to get to know Carrie and work with her.
