Jill helped us buy two houses and sell one. When we moved to Iowa eight years ago, we were first-time home buyers and knew nothing about this area. Jill walked us through the process step by step and found us the house we happily lived in for seven years. When it was time to upsize, we came to Jill again. She showed us multiple houses for about a year. Finally, we bought our second house that is in the ideal location, has the right floor plan, and fits all the major expectations we had in mind. With no idea how to prepare a house for sale, we just moved out and left an empty house for Jill. Again, she made a detailed plan and staged it beautifully. Jill and her team took care of all the repairs the buyers requested and got the work done by licensed professionals, in a timely manner, and with very reasonable price, which was extremely hard in this pandemic. She even handled the bills for us by deducting the money from the closing cost. We are so grateful that we found Jill as our agent. The entire processes of buying and selling our houses went very smoothly. She is nice, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, has all kinds of resources, and is willing to go extra miles to help. She is very considerate and worked around our busy working schedules. Some of the showings were in the snowing days and she had to leave in the mid of her workup from the gym on weekends. Whenever we had questions, she was always available and would take care things without any delay. She saved us time and money and took away a lot of stress from us.
