Jill walked us through the process step by step and found us the house we happily lived in for seven years. When it was time to upsize, we came to Jill again. She showed us multiple houses for about a year. Finally, we bought our second house that is in the ideal location, has the right floor plan, and fits all the major expectations we had in mind. With no idea how to prepare a house for sale, we just moved out and left an empty house for Jill. Again, she made a detailed plan and staged it beautifully. I had only a week and a half to find a house/condo to rent or to buy in the area as i was leaving town for 2 weeks. I was downsizing. Jill's team sent me a plethora of options to go see.
