My wife and I were buying a home in the Marion/Robins/Hiawatha area and utilized Ali as our Agent. All of her previous reviews were very positive and it might make you wonder if her excellent ratings are true? They are! Without a doubt Ali is competent, responsive, knowledgeable, willing to listen, tenacious, resourceful, energetic and a credit to her profession. She went out of her way to make sure that we were always well informed and had all the information we needed to make good decisions. Our buying experience was complicated by the Derecho storm and even though she had her own concerns she never failed to stay on task and care for us. She navigated the unknowns with grace and professionalism. She honored all of our questions and concerns and always made us feel as if we were the most important clients she has ever had.
