Skogman Realty

Ali Fortin (Pinnacle Realty) was Incredible, Fabulous, and downright Awesome! We bought our aEURoeForever HomeaEUR?,,,and we could not have done it without her. We were living out of state, and had a laundry list of aEUR~wants of a prospective new home. Ali emailed/texted/called about available homes, and was able to do live video walkthroughs with us. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the homes, neighborhoods, and comps, and made it her mission to find us a great home. Ultimately she found us a fantastic turn-key home of our dreams, within our budget, in a desirable neighborhood, and in record time. She had all her ducks-in-a-row, and explained the process from start to finish. She treated us with utmost respect throughout, and did a spectacular job of representing herself & Pinnacle Realty. Our call to Ali was the best decision ever. Thank You Ali & Pinnacle Realty

We were sellers, Ali represented buyer. We listed with FSBO. Ali was kind, helpful, pleasant , informative, and very efficient. She was more help than our aEURoe agentaEUR? FSBO. Would highly recommend her.

We have worked with Ali twice and each time she was outstanding. What you want in your Realtor: Good communication; expertise; willingness to be your advocate; good network of vendors; integrity; honesty; ability to listen; solid advice; no drama; no ego. These are all things that Ali brings to the table and your Real Estate experience will be a whole lot better having her represent you. Lot's of great Realtors...some super well known, some very full of themselves...Ali stands out as one of the best, no nonsense, and you'll be glad to utilize her talent.

Ali was great to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the process. She made buying our first home feel fun and easy, and was always there to answer our questions. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Ali goes above and beyond every time, only realtor Ill recommend because she cares so much about her clients! Nothing but positive things to say about the entire process working with her! Super responsive and makes sure that her clients are understanding the whole process, and even after the sale shes always helpful with tips and tricks to help improve stuff.
