Simply Vegas Real Estate

I started working with Richard in November after an interview for a new position in Las Vegas. From the start he was professional and attentive in all capacities. He was on time and available both in person and over phone, text message and facetime. He has an excellent knowledge base of the city and also contractors to begin renovations. Besides the real estate market he was able to identify specific concerns on the home for inspection purposes and did an excellent job with negotiations. I have no qualms. What is most important to me is integrity and the gentleman is honest, hardworking and straightforward. I appreciate his ability to make this process seamless. Second time buyer with Richard. First purchase was my primary home and second/most recent was a home for my parents. Richard always goes above and beyond and has knowledge of markets that other agents do not possess (NORA fees in Sun City Summerlin that Listing Agents did not know about on their own propertiesaEUR| kind of a shame) so that I was completely in the know about all aspects of the deal. Always responsive and has an excellent list of contacts for anything under the sun real estate related. Because I bought this home for my parents I only wanted the bestaEUR| so I stuck with this agent and friend. Thanks again Richard for another easy transaction.

As a millennial, finding the perfect home felt like a challenge, especially in todays market. But working with John Chavez made all the difference. This was the first home for my fiancA(C) and me, and I couldnt be happier. He not only helped us find our dream home but also was able to find us a $50k grant!!!!! His knowledge and guidance were invaluable. Perhaps like many people considering relocating to Las Vegas, our goal was to see a variety of homes (sizes and costs), as well as a number of different communities (from 55+ to luxury gated communities). We hoped to identify one, or several, floorplans and communities that might work for us. Kwon was outstanding in creating a plan to allow this to happen - even beyond our hopes and expectations. Kwon is highly organized and a tireless worker. When we got to town, we were off and running! He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the Las Vegas Valley (we went from Summerlin in the northwest to Anthem in the south - some 45 miles apart from each other). I would highly recommend Kwon to anyone who desires to work with an organized and highly motivated realtor who will listen to your needs/desires and then surprise you by exceeding them. I would like to note that I intentionally did not respond to the category above called "Negotiating Skills." We did not extend an offer on any property, so that facet of his skill set was not seen. But, we now know what we want and where to find it! And, when the day comes to put in an offer on a property, we will not hesitate to have Kwon and his colleagues represent us.

Richard was amazing. We have used them on our last couple homes and he always gets quick results at the best price. Richard and his team have a lot of resources to get the home out there for the people to see. The Emmanuel team was there from start to finish all the way through closing.
