Melinda helped our family sell and buy a home in the Northwest section of Las Vegas. It has been a 5 month road of looking and writing offers in a competitive market. She was diligent in getting our house on the market quickly and selling for above appraisal with a free lease back so we could have a little time to pack up. We have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. She is a problem solver for the win-win and will always have your best interest in mind. She fought for our purchase price and fought for the seller to see our commitment to our new home so we could beat out other buyers. We are excited to move into our dream home and be swimming all summer long!

I cant say enough good things about Manuel Ayala ("Manny"). Hes truly a rockstar real estate agent who takes the time to understand what you actually needaEUR"not just whats on a checklist. Manny makes it happen, every single time. Hes helped my entire family get into several dream condos/homes, and he never fails. From start to finish, hes proactive, responsive, and ten steps ahead, which makes the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. On top of being incredibly effective, Manny is also a genuinely great personaEUR"honest, grounded, and someone you can fully trust. If youre looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond and deliver results, I highly recommend Manny!

I had been looking for a condo in Vegas for a couple of months, and I found one I liked and was fortunate to get Melinda to help me. At the time I didn't know exactly what I wanted and Melinda showed me many properties on and off the strip, she helped me with key features I was looking for, and knowledgeable of properties available. When I had questions, I immediately got a response from her. She helped me get a great deal where many of my costs were shared with the seller. She made purchasing the condo simple and easy. The one I purchased I had not seen in person but with video and pictures provided by Melinda, and my trust in her, I made an offer that was accepted. I couldnt be happier, with my condo, and Melinda.
