Wish we could give 10 stars! Eric made the entire purchasing process a breeze. We currently live out of state, and felt totally comfortable with Eric looking out for us! Would recommend to everyone!

I honestly don't know if I can say enough good things about Eric. From our very first conversation, I told him exactly what we needed in a new home, including some very specific needs for my dad, who will be living with us. Eric listened. He didn't just find us a house that checked the boxes. He found us the perfect house for our family, in a price range that was actually lower than I expected to pay. Throughout the entire process, I felt like we had an advocate in our corner. Eric was seemingly available 24/7, checked in constantly, anticipated things before I even knew to ask about them, and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with every step. My husband was out of the country during much of the process, which could have made an already stressful experience incredibly difficult. Eric somehow made it feel easy. What stands out most, though, is his integrity. I have never been someone who easily trusts a salesperson, but I would trust Eric with just about anything. I never once felt like he was trying to make a sale or push us toward a decision. I felt like he was looking out for us, protecting our interests, and genuinely cared about getting us into the right home. He was thoughtful about our money, too, and consistently helped us make smart decisions rather than simply spend more. And his support didn't stop with finding the house. He connected us with the best lender I have ever worked with and has an incredible network of contractors and vendors for just about anything a homeowner could need. Everyone he has recommended has been top notch. I'm writing this review sitting in our new home, looking around and feeling incredibly happy and grateful that this is where we landed. Buying a home is a huge financial and emotional decision, and having someone you completely trust beside you makes all the difference. Eric is knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly good at what he does, but more importantly, he is a person of genuine integrity who truly cares about the people he represents. I can't recommend him highly enough. If we ever buy or sell another home, there is no question who I will call.

Delton is an awesome realator. He helped me decide on a price that would bring people into my home. Also, helped with making my home show well. Things I hadnt thought of, less is always better. He always let me know when there would be someone coming to view. Gave me plenty on time to get ready for the showing and be out of the home! Then, hed let me know when I could go back home. My home sold in two weeks. I was nervous going to my closing and Delton went with me and helped me with questions. I felt so at ease! Checked with me after completion to see how I was doing. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, reliable realator.

Delton was extremely helpful when finding my home. He was fast, responsive and understanding. I told him what I was looking for and within two days he took me to the home we ended up buying. He immediately understood what I was looking for and found us a house that was just listing, so I was actually the first to view it as well. I couldn't recommend him more and we are very happy with our new home!
