Delton is an awesome realator. He helped me decide on a price that would bring people into my home. Also, helped with making my home show well. Things I hadnt thought of, less is always better. He always let me know when there would be someone coming to view. Gave me plenty on time to get ready for the showing and be out of the home! Then, hed let me know when I could go back home. My home sold in two weeks. I was nervous going to my closing and Delton went with me and helped me with questions. I felt so at ease! Checked with me after completion to see how I was doing. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, reliable realator.

Delton was extremely helpful when finding my home. He was fast, responsive and understanding. I told him what I was looking for and within two days he took me to the home we ended up buying. He immediately understood what I was looking for and found us a house that was just listing, so I was actually the first to view it as well. I couldn't recommend him more and we are very happy with our new home!

We moved here from out of state. Upon visiting the Vegas area we started driving around the Henderson area in search of our retirement home. We found a couple homes we would like to see with signage at front yard. Upon contacting the first realtor for information it was Delton. he was very nice and answered all of our questions. No pressure. The home we were looking at was not for us. We returned a couple weeks later after looking for available properties on Zillow. We contacted Delton before our trip here as he was so helpful our first trip. We met with Delton and he happily showed us the properties we had selected and also a couple others we may find interesting. Delton never pushed his listings. He always let us decide what we were interested in and would only recommend a property if it met our needs. He always made himself available on our schedule since we were always coming into town around our work schedule. He was very patient and would submit offers for us and keep us informed as to the progress of our offers. Delton gained our trust so much so that when an offer was finally accepted, we asked if he would do the final walkthrough before closing, as we were not able to attend. He did our walkthrough and met with the home inspector before closing. Delton was so patient with us. Dealing with us for about 3 months and met or exceeded our expectations. Always returned calls from us, kept us updated on progress good or bad, never did he make us feel unimportant and always went the extra mile. Thanks Delton. We not only got a real estate agent, we got a friend. We will always recommend Delton and use him for all our real estate needs.

Wish we could give 10 stars! Eric made the entire purchasing process a breeze. We currently live out of state, and felt totally comfortable with Eric looking out for us! Would recommend to everyone!
