Amazing follow-up, no-pressure sales approach, and gets the job done! Excellent communicator and fantastic follow-up. Kerri and her team at SBR are great to work with and would do so again in a heartbeat! She knows the market well and makes the whole buying and selling process easy and efficient! Thanks, Kerri - you rock!

Rarely have I ever met someone as bright, efficient and dependable as Kerri. She doesn't miss a beat. Not a single beat! She's on top of everything, she is helpful beyond her duties as an agent, she has contacts for the most reliable and knowledgable contractors, inspectors, and insurers necessary for a house purpose. Words cannot express how much I enjoyed working with her and how grateful I was to work with someone as smart and dependable as Kerri. She's truly been a blessing sent from up above!

Very helpful and attentive to our needs. . My wife and I recently relocated to the Columbus area for work, and Kerri came highly recommended from one of my wifes colleagues. Kerri spent a lot of time with both my wife and I showing us numerous houses around the Columbus area. Wed originally wanted to concentrate on Dublin, but also looked in Powell, Worthington, Westerville, and New Albany. Being from out of state, Kerri made sure to explain the various areas to us, providing recommendations on areas and neighborhoods that she thought would fit our needs. Since basements arent a thing where we came from, she even took the time to explain the ins and outs of basements to me, letting me know how to spot problems to avoid. She ultimately recommended the house we eventually purchased, which hadnt originally been on our radar. It ended up being a great fit for us, and she did a great job through the offer/negotiation/acceptance/closing process. Highly recommend!

Kerri responded immediately to all of my questions. When any issues were identified she took steps immediately to resolve the problems. She genuinely looked out for my best interests throughout the process. Kerri is also very creative and can offer excellent suggestions regarding use of the space within the home and ways to bring out its best features. I highly recommend her.

It was a pleasure working with Kerri and would highly recommend her. We were moving (back) to the Columbus area from out of state and she was very accommodating to our schedules and brought wonderful on-target properties for our consideration each visit, leading to an offer and close on a fantastic home in the area. She exceeded our expectations!
