SimpliCity Real Estate

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor for our first home buying experience. Sydney was kind, communicative, incredibly knowledgeable, and always took the initiative to keep the process moving smoothly. Not to mention even though we were far she always made time to come down the very next morning! She wasn't afraid to be honest and tell us when a house wasn't worth pursuing, which showed that she truly had our best interests at heart. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and gave us confidence every step of the way. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Sydney was wonderful to work with! Her and her team did amazing with communicating through everything. Through every turn we had to go through with repairs needed done before closing. Sydney ensured that all repairs were completed for us.

We worked with Sydney for almost two years looking for a house. Along the way, we changed our minds on what we wanted and switched up our target locations, but she never missed a beat. She stuck by us and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She was patient during the search and always looked out for our best interests during negotiations. We are so grateful for her guidance and she genuinely cared about us finding the right fit. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is dedicated to their clients!
