Simien Properties

Very knowledgeable and super sincere / honest at everything! Answered my million questions and more, after failed attempts (housing issues) upon inspections results, and kept at it making sure we were happy and taken care of. Happily closed this past weekend and wouldnt have wanted anyone else helping us!

Joe is a exceptional realtor. Lots of attention to the details, patience , and professionalism. This was a remote sale and he did a lot of extra running around and tying up of loose ends. It was nice to have someone that I really knew I could count on.

Savannah was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding my first real estate transaction. She was of great help and always stayed in close contact with the lender, sellers agent, and all other parties involved.

Kind, patient, knowledgeable, what more could you ask for from a realtor when buying or selling a home. Worked around my difficult schedule. Answered any questions in a timely manner. Went above and beyond to assist me in selling my home. If you're looking for a realtor. I highly recommend Savannah Diez from the Simien Team. I will be reaching back out when I start the home search again next year.

From start to finish, Jimmy was wonderful. He went above and beyond our expectations as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are very fortunate we had him to guide us in the process of selling our home.
