We can't' say enough good things about Ned Laugharn, He firstly helped us buy a home in Lincoln and secondly sold our home in San Jose. Both actions went through flawlessly. Ned exceeded our expectations as my parents realtor always making us feel that he cared about them and that he had their best interests at heart. He was so good at his job that he didnt just sell their house locally he also helped them buy a new one in Lincoln. Leaving their San Jose home after 45 + years was an emotional decision for them and he showed a lot of patience and compassion for their situation. My parents did not have to stress about anything; he took care of every single detail and was always available to them if they had any questions or concerns. One example, was the time my parents were set to sign their loan paperwork in Lincoln and the weather was really bad along the flight path from SJ to Sacramento. Ned had scheduled a flight to be at the signing and unfortunately there was a fog advisory that day so he canceled and without hesitation jumped in his car to try to make the notary appt even though the roads were really bad. Ned made it to Lincoln even though he did not have to be there but just wanted to be present in case my parents had any questions. He even made the additional home selling tasks like packing, remodeling, staging, purging so less stressful by providing great resources that were able to get the job done very efficiently and cost effectively.
