Theres a certain stigma associated with real estate agents. You know what I'm talking aboutaEUR| Theyre right there with used car salesmen. Our experience with the Lenard Team proves that there truly are some professional real estate agents out there. We had met with and interviewed several local agents and we were not impressed. We didnt want to be another number for the agents who sold the most houses. We wanted an agent who actually cared. After hearing about the strategies that the Lenard Team was planning for the sale of our house, we were convinced that they were the team for us. The Lenard Team is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and trends. We primarily worked with Danielle Lenard for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. She was friendly and always available to answer our phone calls and text messages, even late at night and on the weekends. She was always honest with us and we truly valued her opinions. Working with The Lenard Team was such a wonderful experience and it is our pleasure to recommend them

Prior to finding Danielle, we had enlisted the help of another agent. That time was filled with nothing but wonder, worry, and overall concern if it'd ever get done. To put it nicely, it wasn't the best experience and, since it was our first experience selling, it left us thinking this was the norm. We were wrong. Danielle helped show us just what an experienced professional can do. She was caring, supportive, and attentive to any and all questions/concerns we add. Sometimes I felt like we were overloading her with those :) However, she never made us feel like it was a hassle at all and was quick to respond to any and everything.Buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most stressful things people do. My wife and I did it right in the middle of planning for our wedding - another potential source of stress. Danielle helped us through it all. I can't recommend her and The Lenard Team enough.
