I can't say more about how wonderful it was to work with such a 'real and qualified professional' in her field. Not only was Danielle impressively skilled in her knowledge of real estate and the market, but she also had a very approachable and endearing personality which made it easier to have the numerous conversations with her that we had during the course of our 6-month realty engagement. She always made herself available to me with any questions that I had, at all times of the day and eve, as well as on weekends. It was so comforting to not be left in the dark and to get a 'play by play' run down of any progress that was developing. Whether good news or not, she made sure to keep me updated along the way. She remained open to learning about new types of properties, such as my father's home, and was determined to close the deal for us and make the sale, no matter what. That she did and quite successfully I might add. She has this sort of 'never give up' and 'keep the positive vibes flowing' mentality, (even amongst a melt down or two on my end) along the way. I have to admit it was a continual ray of hope. She wanted to list my house for much less than it was worth, and argued with me for weeks until I finally got her to list it for the price I wanted- which I did indeed get. If I had listened to her, I would have lost out on a huge sum of money. She did not market my house well, and took almost a month to even list it. She barely showed the house at all; the one open house that she did have was thrown together last minute (only one day notice), so it was not well attended because potential buyers did not know in advance about it. That is just a few of the things that I was unsatisfied with. She did not even attend the closing. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS!

She offered several times to take me out to see some houses. After having a few bad experiences with other realtors, I decided to give her a try. I hired Danielle as a buyers-broker. Danielle worked extremely hard to find me the right house in the right neighborhood! She was very familiar with the area which made a big difference. When a house became available in the neighborhood we wanted, Danielle showed us it immediately. We (Danielle & my husband & I) felt it was a great house but overpriced. She watched the house until the price came down enough, then brought us in again. Danielle helped us negotiate a price that we felt was fair. We have been in our house for almost 8 years now.
