He came in with a marketing strategy, a team that helped during the open house and had great follow up for contract and closing. I dont even know where to start. Our realtor lisa was recommended to my husband and I by a friend of mine. Even before we had schedule our first house tour, she was busy away sending me house listings , shes super pro active.When we finally met with her we had an instant connection and knew she would find us a home. Our realtor lisa went above and beyond for us, she did a lot of research for us and kept us informed all the time. She explained the entire process from how many homes you will actually see before you find the right home, inspection of the home to even the mortgage process and how it all works and how long it takes.She never rushed us because she said we would know when we found the right home and didnt mind seeing and scheduling appointments for us to see homes after homes.She found us a home and we closed almost a month ago. There are not enough words to describe how happy we were with Lisa , even our infant baby loved her because she always had a smile on her face and treats you like family. Lisa Boncich is the best realtor I know. I have Bought and sold 3 houses in my adult life and helped do the same for my parents. I have worked with at least 7 other realtors in the past, and most of them were ok but The experiences did not come close to this last one.
