Signature Premier Properties

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather over the past three years while searching for our home, and we truly couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent. She never gave up on helping us find the right home, no matter how long it took. Heather took the time to really understand what we were looking for, always paying close attention to our likes and dislikes in every home we visited. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she stayed positive and encouraging throughout the entire journey. Once we found our home Heather made the process easier for us by keeping us updated on what steps would come next. She really made the whole experience go smoothly. More than anything it was nice to see how genuinely happy she was for us when we found our house. We are so grateful for everything she has done for us and would wholeheartedly recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Working with Heather is always a pleasure, she sold our home, found us our rental and was so patient when we were looking for our present house in this challenging housing market. Her knowledge of the market and attentiveness to our wants and needs went far beyond our expectations. Whether your selling your home or in the market for a new one, Heather is the realtor you want by your side.

Heather is a true gem! I cannot emphasize it enough how amazing she is. My partner and I had been undecided with many details of the home buying process (location, style, etc). Heather was super patient with us. She showed us many different properties in different areas and helped us to narrow down the search to the Huntington/Northport area. Despite our indecisiveness, Heather remained so professional and found us the perfect home. I can now say she is more than a real estate agent, she is a friend. I am so happy to have found her. I cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. I cannot thank her enough. I would recommend her a hundred times over.

Heather is truly a gem to work with. She listens to the customer, is patient, and makes herself available either day or night. She made our prolonged search for a new home a much more bearable experience. There is not enough praise that we can say about her. Do not hesitate to call her for your search.
