Signature ONE Realty Group

Vicki is awesome! Took care of us through the entire process. Value add is that she helped connect us with every type of contractor we needed to get our ownership up and running. We appreciate her!

Lindsay helped my fiancA(C)e and I buy our lovely first house, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Lindsay is incredibly nice, patient, and thoughtful. She was beside us throughout the entire process, making it easier and more enjoyable. She was genuinely dedicated to helping us find the perfect home, never rushing us or pushing for a quick decision. Her dedication to ensuring we were comfortable and confident in our choices made all the difference. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone looking for a realtor who truly has your best interests at heart.

Vicki was fantastic to work with! She has gone above and beyond throughout the purchase process and is still helping us with referrals. She is extremely thorough and responsive. Highly recommend!!

I dont know how to begin, but words cannot describe how amazing Vicki was to our little family. She is such a great realtor, and a wonderful person. Finding a house in this market is not the easiest, but Vicki made sure to share her knowledge and expertise with me and my husband. We learned so much from her, and due to her dedication, she found us the perfect house. Vicki was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had, no matter what time of the day it is, or night. She is a go-getter! And most importantly, she treated us like family. It is very important to work with realtors that you trust for such a huge milestone in your life, and she was absolutely trustworthy and had the best intentions us. We couldnt be more thankful to have worked with such an incredible person like Vicki!

Lindsay is an incredible advocate for her clients: she found me a property I love, she went out of her way to ensure that the seller gave me all concessions I was due, she was onsite for all inspections and made sure that the house was ready on the day I moved in. She also answered all my questions and if she couldn't found me the answers! I'm not from Rensselaer County, so Lindsay's in-depth knowledge of the community and contractor contacts have been super helpful. If you're buying a home, Lindsay Mele is who you want on your side!
