Megan was fantastic to work with when we purchased our lake house. We really can?t speak highly enough of how helpful she was through the entire process. Megan?s communication was exceptional and always kept us updated with any information we needed. She was very proactive getting ahead of any potential issues with inspections and assessments. As we were buying from out of state, we couldn?t be on site for certain appointments. Megan went out her way to travel a couple of hours on multiple occasions to make sure we were comfortable to have representation as needed. We were never left wondering where we stood or if we needed to do anything. Usually she had already taken care of it or let us know what the next steps were. A great experience and really hope we get to work with her again.

Megan is one of the most intelligent, hard working, and personable people I have ever met. I had an eclectic set of needs, wants and asks in searching for my home. On top of that I was also a first time home buyer with a limited budget in this competitive market. When I thought all hope was lost, and was considering al life of piracy to acquire my future home, she found the perfect home for us, my girlfriend our three dogs and myself. Megan put in the work to get my unique offer, with eccentric terms, communicated to the seller efficiently, and matched us not only with a willing seller but an awesome first home. Throughout the process Meg had the local and professional know how to answer all of my questions, and put the market in perspective for me. She was able to recommend several lenders to me, and work within my budget. The only downside to our home purchase, is that it is now over and I will no longer get to go look at homes with Meg and discuss their distances to the nearest dog trails, canoe launches, and local breweries. I could not say enough good things about Megan and my experience.
