Wendy is a go getter She was in there making offers and counter stuff that agents do Long story short we won the house we wanted She was on top of all details including transfers of services so we did not have to pay reconnect fees on utilitys that we did not even think of She has a great finance team that made every thing almost to easy She will get you the house you want great agent
