Working with Adrian was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me every step of the way. Every question I had was answered quickly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. The underwriting process was by far the most stressful part of buying a home, but him and Janell took away so much of the stress and uncertainty. Whenever an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally, keeping me informed and reassuring me throughout the process. He helped ease my fears, explained everything clearly, and always made me feel like I was in good hands. His attention to detail, honesty, and dedication went above and beyond my expectations. I always felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire transaction. They truly had my best interests in mind and worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, and committed to delivering exceptional service, I can't recommend them highly enough. I would absolutely work with Adrian and Janell again and will be recommending them to friends and family. I will forever thank them for making what could have been an overwhelming experience such a positive one! Thank you for helping me get my dream house!!

As a first responder, I'm tasked with putting my needs above my own each day. I truly believe that I experienced that with Doctor Adrain and Mrs. Janell. They made me family feel like a priority by answering questions, providing updates throughout the home buying process, and always going the extra mile. I'm truly thankful to God to have met genuine people who are passionate about what they do, and care about the people they serve.

Adrian and Janel were absolutely amazing throughout our entire home building and buying process. Living in San Diego while building a home in Florida could have been extremely stressful, but they made everything feel seamless and truly effortless. They showed up to countless appointments on our behalf when we couldnt be there, kept us informed every step of the way, and always made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Their professionalism, generosity, and dedication really set them apart. By the time closing day arrived, they made it feel like Christmas morning. We genuinely couldnt have asked for a better team or better people to work with, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family.
