Not only did he help me get a fair price and understand the market, he went the extra mile when we had some unexpected negotiations with the seller. Dave was great to work with. His initial presentation was more comprehensive than any we received from other realtors. His low key demeanor and local knowledge made us comfortable working with him. But maybe most important to us was the thoughtfulness and good judgment he showed in his approach to selling our house, based on many years experience working in the area.
