Highly enjoyed working with Fletcher Berke as my realtor for both buying and selling my old house. He has great taste, a good feel for the market, and is empathetic to all the emotional components of moving. I feel very grateful to him for helping us during what could be a very stressful time. We interviewed three realtors and he was by far the best at putting my anxieties to rest and is just obviously a good person and someone I wanted to work with. Would 10/10 recommend.

Lauren was an amazing partner for us when it came to buying our first home. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in finding the perfect home for her clients. We really appreciated the time Lauren took to make sure we understood the homebuying process from start to finish. She has a great presentation for first-time homebuyers and taught us how to read disclosure packets so that we could feel informed and confident about every house we considered. Lauren is also extremely responsive, even outside of normal working hours, and often was able to take us on home tours within hours of us telling her we were interested in a property. During tours, Lauren would point out important features and considerations that we didnt always think about as first-time buyers. She also helped us work through our needs and wants in a home to make sure we found a place that would work for us now and that we could grow into over time. Throughout the entire process, we always felt like we were Laurens only clients and had her full attention. We cannot recommend Lauren enough to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Fletcher was truly wonderful to work with. He has a clear passion for working with first-time home buyers, and generously spent extra time teaching us "how to fish" and understand the processes and market. With his willingness to train us on the inner workings of house buying and responsiveness when questions came up, we felt well-equipped to know exactly what was going on throughout our search. He both suggested houses and let us take the lead on sending over houses that matched our style and budget for him to investigate further. He matched our pace and eagerness throughout. He is organized, detail-oriented, warm, and we felt genuine care that we get the house of our dreams - which he absolutely helped make happen. Our toddler adored him too, which always helps gain trust :)

Fletcher was great! He came recommended from a friend when my wife and I were moving our family back to the Bay Area and looking (mostly remotely) to buy our first house. Unfortunately, we were set on finding a place in one of the most competitive markets in the East Bay. In that situation, some agents seem to tell their clients that the only way to win a house is to come in with an outrageous opening bid and accept that you're vastly overpaying - Fletcher didn't do that. For each bid (we succeeded on our second), the plan was to figure out a bid that would keep us competitive, and then adjust as needed. Fletcher struck a good balance between letting us know what we needed to do, but not pushing us to do it, or do more. Highly recommend.
