I had the impression that Paula was more interested in moving on to her next sale rather than getting me the best price for my house. The buyers asked for a much lower price than asking, she recommended I go with it and I said no. The buyers accepted the higher price that I suggested. Also, on closing day (I was not present) I had to contact her after two hours of no response just to receive a text "yes, the house closed." After closing I didn't receive a thank you, congratulations, or anything of the sort. Unprofessional.
