Shoe Realty Inc.,

Victoria goes above and beyond to make the ease of buying or selling a home easy. We bought and sold a home with Victoria in 2024. She paid attention to our wants and needs and when selling, she knew we wanted the best price for our newly remodeled home. Within 3 days we had an above asking price offer and we walked away happy clients!

Victoria has been our wonderful realtor for many years now. We started our journey with her back in 2013 and it has been the best decision we have ever made. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and will be there every step of the way day or night !! From buying your first house or even selling it shes there to help.Thinking about new construction? She has all the advice you will need. I would recommend Victoria time and time again !! Thank you so much for being such an amazing realtor and sticking with us throughout the years !!

Sometimes the market makes you have to consider a different plan. I really hadnt considered renting my house instead of selling it. This gave me the time to wait for conditions to return to a more favorable market. Along without having to worry about being a landlord. I was able to have the property managed by Victoria and team and get a chance to breath and not spend my days worrying if my house was going to sell at a price I am looking for. I really appreciate their expertise! Happy to have had all options laid out. Thanks Don and Janet

Jennifer is amazing! At our first meeting, I expressed what I was looking for in a home and my timeframe. She researched, responded quickly and was very attentive through the entire process. Jennifer was knowledgeable and very encouraging in my search for my new home. I am extremely happy and will recommend her to all who are seeking to move or relocate.

Victoria was extremely exceptional with our selling process. Our situation was unique and felt impossible before reaching out to her. However as soon as I started working with her she made the process smooth. Victoria is very knowledgeable in her line of work. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.
