This was the second time I used the Shine Team. First time was in 2018 when I sold and bought a house on the same day - my birthday, lol. Never again will I do that - to stressful on me. This second time around started in early October, 2025, and did not sell of course till end of March. Housing market was saturated with other homes for sale in the Ft. Hood area.
