I hired Sherwood to sell a 5 acre, undeveloped tract of land about 7 miles outside of South Hill, VA on Route 903. He kept me updated on a regular basis and was very responsive to my inquiries. Most of the time calling me back within a few minutes, if he did not answer the phone when I called. He and his wife, Cathy make a great team and they were so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.
