I cant say enough good things about Lauren. She helped us immensely. Anytime we had a question Lauren had the answer or got us the answer quickly. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was even able to recommend a gravel delivery company. Lauren kept us on track through the whole buying process with an excellent checklist with deadlines attached. She was always available when we needed help and kept the lines of communication open with regular check ins to make sure we were on schedule. Buying real estate is complicated, so you definitely want someone as knowledgeable as Lauren on your side.

Lauren helped us with a ton of legwork, due to being out of state buyers and sellers, and was also with us every step of the way during an entire year process going thru the permitting and approval process of subdividing a parcel.
