Jon Shea and Shea Realty came to our mind naturally when we decided to sell our house in March 2023, which had been our residence in Rancho Bernardo for more than 30 years. During this period, we frequently received Jeff Shea and Shea Realtys advertisements and saw a lot of their achievements in media. Jon naturally took over Jeffs business as Jeff retired few years ago. They are extremely knowledgeable about the North County. Their business can thrive for two generations must have its virtue. That is why we decide to hire Jon Shea as our selling agent. We did interview a couple of other agents from different realty offices to confirm that our decision was correct. Without mentioning their names, one of the other agents apparently tried to lower our listing price to an unrealistic low price in order to get a fast sale which we refused to accept. In brief we sticked with our decision to use Jon as our agent. We had an amazing home selling experience with Jon, Jeff, and Paula! We had vacated our house for them to proceed the necessary repair work. They had coordinated and monitored the swimming pool maintenance, house cleaning, painting, the concrete work in the garage and house staging. Especially thanks to Paula for her diligently watering our garden plants while we were away. Jon was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed throughout the process. We felt very confident in having him as our real estate agent. The final result was that our house was sold within two weeks for a price higher then we listed. We would highly recommend Jon Shea and Shea Realty to anyone who needs assistance with listing/selling their home!
