Shawgo Real Estate LLC

Josh helped me buy my home and he was exceptional at every step of the process. From the beginning, he was completely honest and direct about the propertys condition, the market, and what to expect during negotiations. He walked me through each stage of the purchase, explained paperwork clearly, and always responded quickly, even outside normal hours when I would ask for clarification. What impressed me most was how much he did beyond what was required. He coordinated with the seller, helped me understand repair considerations, and made sure the closing stayed on track despite unexpected delays. His guidance made the entire process smooth, and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and would strongly recommend Josh to anyone buying a home in this area.

Mike was a huge help both the sale of the property that we had and the buying of the one we are now living in. He answered all our questions. Was always available at any time via text or phone, was very prompt and also recommended contractors for work that needed to be done on the house that we purchased. All in all I would say that he was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Bordell as our realtor for the purchase of our new cabin. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and we are so grateful for his support in making this purchase happen. If you are looking for a dedicated and professional realtor, we highly recommend working with Mike.

Mike was very helpful in finding our perfect home. He worked around our schedule. Very ontop of getting us in for viewings. We appreciate how smoothly the whole process went!

Mike is very accessible and answered all our questions and he was knowledgeable regarding what we should ask as a selling price. Mike sold our cabin quickly and got us a great price. He had someone in mind who would love our cabin. Would recommend him.
