Andrew is a professional and dedicated realtor. I was referred to him by my brother in law who used him before. I was not disappointed. He?s easy to work with, responsive, and really makes you feel like he has your best interests in mind. I was really impressed with his integrity throughout the whole process. He made it very easy to trust him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Colorado Springs area.

Andy is hands down the best realtor youll ever come across. We have an amazing friendship and partnership. Hes never pushy always listens to you and all around just really a great person. He has helped us buy 2 houses now and sell 2. Both houses we have had the pleasure of working with Andy on he blew us away. Highly Recommend Shawcroft Reality!

I just sort of chose Andrew from a group of realtors and I am glad that I did. We lived out of state and he made buying our house an easier process than I thought. He answered questions and provided information for all aspects of our house hunting adventure. He always kept in touch with us during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Andrew if you want to buy a house!

Andrew and the Shawcroft Reality team were absolutely wonderful to work with and provided creative solutions to sell our property in the crazy Colorado Springs market. Highly responsive and provided great support throughout the entire process from initial consult to closing. If coming from out-of-state we highly recommend too as he is deeply connected in the community and knows all the ins-and-outs of this area and market trends. If selling, the creative videos helped us get multiple showings within minutes of listing and an offer in under 30 hours! Results!
