Shaina Newkirk | Real Estate Advisor

Shaina is amazing! She was responsive, professional, and attentive to our specific needs (which were quite a few haha). She was very knowledgeable about the area we were moving to and she helped us secure the home of our dreams.

I just wanted to pop in and day how absolutely amazing Shaina is?. She is so compassionate and considerate, she took her time to help us navigate going through a short sale after some unexpected circumstances in our family. Before meeting Shaina we had went to 3 or 4 other realtors and no one was willing to help guide us through this situation, we were cut on income due to health issues and a new baby, and she gladly and lovingly took us on and has been so kind and caring through this whole time period of trying to sell our home, and we are happy to say that after so much dedication from her we are finally under contract! ???? If you are looking for a realtor thats in it to help her clients and make this fun or difficult time so rewarding and easy, Shaina is the one! ??? Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do?????

My wife and I had contacted Shaina about looking at homes in South western Florida , we flew in from Canada and Shaina had 13 homes for us to look at in our price range , we looked at them all in two days . She was very understanding on what we where looking for area , size, amenities etc.. We ended up flying back home and thinking about all the properties, we finally decided on one Shaina submitted the offer and we are ecstatic to say that we are going to be homeowners in Florida !! Couldn't have done it without you Shaina , Thanks for all your work . The Gutta's
