Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville Real Estate

Working with John was easily the best home buying experience my husband and I have ever had. John knew the area exceptionally well, took time to show us so much more than just the homes we were interested in, and worked us through the during- and post-purchase experience with proactive communication and expertise. I knew at all times that John had our best interests in mind and that we were being taken care of. I would unhesitatingly recommend him and work with him again.

We had a great experience working with John. He was very responsive, hardworking, and his local connections and market knowledge were incredibly valuable both when we were buying our new home and selling our old home.

John Martin sold my house in 3 days at full asking price (which every other realtor to whom I spoke said was much too high!). John knows how to gather realtors and buyers and get things done. His office offers all the services required to complete a deal. He makes things easy, and, most of all, John cares. Highest recommendation!!!

John is great to work with! He showed us a variety of properties because we werent quite sure what we wanted and then was spot on in negotiations for a competitive home we ended up buying and loving!

John made buying my house a breeze! He's super knowledgeable, helpful, and really listens. His expertise helped me find my dream home fast, and he handled everything perfectly. I'd totally recommend him to anyone.
