Shackelford Realty, LLC

Brian is extremely knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy! He made this whole process so easy for me. I made 1 phone to Brian and I'm so glad I did! I closed in under a month with the best deal possible. Give him a call, thats all you have to do, after that is relax. I will definitely call Brian for all my future buyer/seller needs! He has a customer for life!

As out-of-state buyers, Brian was especially helpful and accommodating. Always responsive by email and/or text, he provided guidance on the local real estate market and steered us clear of properties with known issues. He's a great guy and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

I was referring to Brian through my mortgage company and I'm so glad I was . Brian was great , always available to answer questions, and walk you through the process of negotiating. Super friendly and easy to work with. Worked around your schedule and was in constant contact with me through the buying process.

Brian was absolutely one of a kind realtor. Very knowledgeable and eager to help in any way possible. He helped me through this tough time with my moms house and I truly appreciate everything he went through to help me with making decisions about what to ask for the house and he really did his homework and advertising to sell my moms house.!!!! Absolutely would recommend him for anyone wanting to list their home for sell!!!! He also would answer my call whenever I had questions or concerns day or night he was a pleasure to have as my realtor and I will use him again if I ever need a professional and friendly realtor!!!!

I found Brian to be very responsive. Which was not my experience with other area agents. He stands out well above everyone of several people that I had tried to work with. Also Brian has a good deal of knowledge about various real estate topics that makes him invaluable. Thanks Brian!
