Seymour Homes

Patrick is a great agent. He is quick with trying to get your home sold and has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend him to any looking to sell or purchase a home.

Were so glad we chose Patrick as our realtor! He was easy to work with, kept us updated, and was always happy to answer our questions. Selling a home can be stressful, and having someone we could count on made a big difference. We really appreciate everything he did for us and would absolutely recommend him!

Patrick was exceptionally helpful walking us through the process of selling our house. He had the experience we needed to help navigate the ever changing real estate market. His input was vital in getting the most for our place. He was easy to work with, had good communication and is just an all around great guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling!

Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and trusted his judgment on what would be best for selling our house. We had offers within a couple weeks and closed within a month or so; we were even able to get 10% above asking price! Couldn't be happier with the whole process and having Patrick as our realtor played a big part in that. Would recommend him to anyone in the area!

Patrick did a great job selling my house for me. I will definitely use him in the future to buy a new home. He was responives and answered any questions I had.
