Seville Square Realty, LLC

I couldn?t have asked for a better realtor. I honestly wouldn?t have gotten the home I WANTED without her. Not only is she knowledgeable of the area, she was patient with me and advocated for me. Cheryl constantly checked in with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. If she didn?t have an answer to my question right then, she found the answer soon after! I cannot express enough gratitude for all of her help in what would?ve been a stressful process. If you are looking for a home in the Pensacola area, use Cheryl!

Fantastic experience. she really worked hard for me and made me feel like i was her only priority. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good realtor/broker.

She listens well, very knowledgeable, always looking out for her client first!a real problem solver.Very professional .I can?t say or express enough good about her to show her willingness to work hard for her clients .i will use her again and again.A good partner to have on your side.

Cheryl is what you want in a realtor. She has the experience and the drive to get a deal done fairly and to the clients benefit. She represented us in the selling of our home and the purchase of another. Both were complicated. Her experience and knowledge of almost 30 years in working with state regulations, banks, contractors, and other realtors helped us get fair closings and benefit from her experience. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to hire the best.

Cheryl did an awesome job helping me get a buyer for my beach condo in Gulf Shores. She was fast, friendly, and very informative when I had questions. Have used her twice now and would be happy to use again ??
