Honestly, she did preliminary Comparative Market Analysis and offered various ways to approach the sale of our house and I just loved the absolute flexibility and confidence she demonstrated. She nailed the price point when she suggested listing our family-owned house -- and we had an offer within a couple of days over the listed price! Lindsey came highly recommended to me by my two daughters and she was no disappointment! It was nice to work with one so competent, showing us ahead of time which documents may need to be notarized ahead of time to make the closing go smooth as butter. To top it all off, she brought us a wrapped gift of a beautiful framed rendition (picture) of our family-owned house. Lindsey rocked it!
