Sean Drumm and the Drumm Family are honestly as good as it gets! We sold our home in Anaheim Hills and purchased a new home in North Tustin with Sean Drumm, in the middle of the pandemic, with three young kids. Sean was able to get us multiple offers over asking on the sale of our home and help us navigate to beat out many offers on our new purchase. There is no way we could have done it without Sean's expertise, experience and professionalism. A few areas I'd highlight that set Sean apart:1. His knowledge. Sean has deep knowledge of the Orange County and surrounding areas and has all of the historical experience and connections to provide you with up-to-date timely guidance and advice on how to navigate the current market, and win!2. His communication. The golden goose for all realtors is how quickly can they manage and respond to your never ending list of concerns, anxieties, questions, requests. Sean is lightening fast to jump on all of your questions and treat them like they are the only thing on his plate (even though behind the scenes he might be juggling a dozen different things). 3. THE MEDIA!!!! My wife and I have bought and sold many homes, but never experienced the professional media team that Sean rolled out to sell our home. The cleaning crew, the photography team (daytime and twilight photos) the videographer which included drone footage, and the 3D walk tour (which is SO important during COVID) was all included when hiring Sean. It was unbelievably top notch and professional and exceeded any expectations we had. 4. His referrals. Sean is well connected, to really great, quality professionals in the industry. Sean was able to help hook us up with a painter, a handyman, an electrician, a termite company and maybe most importantly a phenomenal mortgage team at Wells Fargo. 5. Lastly Sean is just a great guy with outstanding character. We trusted Sean every step of the way and there is almost no price you can pay for that.
